"Perfectly Pretty Patchwork" Book Tour

Hello and Happy Monday!

I am so thrilled to be a part of the Perfectly Pretty Patchwork Book Tour.
The book was written by Kristyne of @PrettyByHand.

I have always admired Kristyne's work and was so happy to be a part of the tour.
The book is organized by quilting blocks and features both a quilt and a small project using the same traditional motif.

I chose to make the flying geese zipper pouch and I love the way it turned out!
I used mostly fabrics from my stash but also included an adorable Atsuko Matsuyama Japanese Print for the body of the pouch which I purchased from Sunny Day Supply.

The shape of the pouch is perfect and opens wide for all your bits and bobs.

I chose to machine quilt the body in a 1/2" grid and I love the way it turned out!

Be sure to check out all the lovely projects on Instagram!
Happy Sewing
